Mr. Henner is a Fuel Delivery Expert Witness who has been in the Petroleum Distribution industry since 1990. He states he was a driver for 17 years and a driver trainer for 15 of those years. So, he is familiar with the procedures in safely loading gasoline and diesel, and delivering it to retail sites.
During his career, Mr. Henner has attended numerous safety training classes put on by major oil companies to load and deliver fuel along with the monthly safety meetings held by his own employers over the past 20 plus years.
Mr. Henner currently owns his own petroleum delivery company in which he has taught his own driver trainers what he has learned over the years. His company currently employs over 20 drivers and has eleven trucks running around the clock loading and delivering fuel to commercial sites, bus yards, retail locations, etc.
Furthermore, Mr. Henner is the safety director for his own company and consults for other companies. He prepares and facilitates the training and safety meetings for his own company.
