Mr. Stringer’s regulatory training and experience include OSHA, federal, and state oil and gas regulatory commissions. Mr. Stringer has testified before the OSHA Review Commission.
Mr. Stringer’s background includes direct responsibility for drilling, production, and reservoir engineering both onshore and offshore, including well design, site preparation, rig selection, log evaluation, economic evaluation, well completion, saltwater disposal, oil and gas facility design, construction, and operation.
