Pharmacist Expert. Currently an emergency pharmacist, PHA-1119 has extensive retail pharmacy experience, with over 39 years in pharmacy management, supervision, and staff training. He has been a pharmacist, store manager, and for fifteen years was the CEO of a five-store pharmacy chain. In the past twenty years he has been particularly involved in pharmacy matters relating to HMOs, having been a pharmacy advisor and consultant to HMO officers for fifteen years.
