Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. ORT-2140 has been in private practice of orthopedics since 1969. He is an instructor in the orthopedic surgery department at a southern California university, and an instructor in orthopedics at a local county medical center. ORT-2140 has written several articles for publication. He is a member of the American Academy for Orthopedic Surgery.
