Otolaryngologist Expert. OTO-1910 is director of the fellowship program in otology of an ear clinic in the southern California area. He is a clinical associate professor of otolaryngology at two local universities. OTO-1910 is a qualified medical examiner, and a consultant for California children services at the department of health of the state of California and the cranio-facial and cleft palate team at a childrens hospital. He has written many articles for publication.
