Communications Expert. COM-1713 has over 20 years experience in the communications industry. He is regarded as a communications and direct broadcast satellite industry expert. While senior officer at Comsat, he developed the direct broadcast satellite business in the United States and introduced terrestrial radiolocation technology. He also led distribution of Italian and Arabic programming in North America, South America and Australia and helped numerous satellite and terrestrial-based companies in the development of their directories and the establishment of international strategic alliances. In 1986, COM-1713 founded a management consulting firm that specializes in identifying new opportunities in the communications, information, broadcasting and entertainment industries.
