Electrical Engineer Expert. ELE-1422 is an electrical contractor and forensic engineer. As a project engineer for five years at Stanford University Medical Center, he designed, managed, and inspected the facilitys power, control, and alarm systems. He has also worked as a project engineer for the U.S. Public Health Service and for an automobile crash test firm. In the latter position he designed, built and operated electrical systems for an air bag testing facility. Since 1978 he has been a private electrical contractor, serving a wide variety of clients in commercial, industrial, municipal, military, and residential environments. He has been a consulting forensic engineer since 1990 and has completed over 350 insurance and litigation cases.
