Economics Expert. ECO-1418 has been a self-employed economic consultant since 1984, working with public and private entities on litigation and legislative issues, economic impact, and economic feasibility. His previous positions include litigation consultant for Merrill Lynch, where he provided deposition and trial testimony on a wide range of cases. He has taught economics full-time as well as part-time at a states university since 1983. ECO-1418 performs ongoing research on taxes, employment trends, railroad regulation, pricing, and oligopolies in the state. He was co-author of sections of states Economic Diversification Study regarding science and technology, labor, and regulation.
