Attorney Expert. ATT-1350 is an attorney with over 32 years of business and real estate litigation experience. He spends seventy percent of his time handling legal malpractice, attorney fee disputes, ethics and malicious prosecution cases as an attorney and as an expert witness. Presently a sole practitioner, he has written a number of publications pertaining to legal malpractice.
