Insurance Expert. INS-1444 has over 34 years of professional experience in large risk casualty underwriting, reinsurance (ceded & assumed), and brokerage. He has been an underwriting officer for 3 insurers and has headed offices in several major cities. High hazard liability has been his field of expertise throughout his career, and this has necessitated extensive knowledge of coverage, wording, and intent as well as ethics, norms and practices of insurance. From 1986 until 1996, INS-1444 was president and CEO of an excess and surplus lines brokerage firm on the east coast that specialized in general liability primary, excess, and umbrellas for major risks. Before that, he was vice president and manager of Montgomery & Collins (CIGNA). He was senior vice president of underwriting for Falcon Insurance Company (Commercial Union) from 1980 to 1982.
