David Fruchtman, P.E., CEM, CPD is a Plumbing Expert Witness and a Certified Plumbing Engineer and Certified Plumbing Inspector. Mr. Fruchtman designs and performs inspections all the time. He estimates he is directly responsible for over 100 projects per year; and has worked as an expert on approximately 200 cases.
Mr. Fruchtman received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1979 and graduated Cum Laude and “With Distinction”. He completed graduate level Mechanical Engineering courses at Columbia University in 1981 and is a licensed professional engineer in the states of California, Nevada and Arizona.
Mr. Fruchtman has extensive experience in the design of mechanical systems of buildings of all types. He has consulted on and designed state of the art facilities and innovative systems across the country.
Prior to forming Fruchtman & Associates, Mr. Fruchtman was an Associate at Syska and Hennessy Consulting Engineers in Los Angeles, where he was a Project Engineer and a Project Manager. Before this, he was a Project Engineer for Flack and Kurtz consulting engineers in New York.
