Roger A. Thrush, Ph.D., CRC, LPCC is a Life Care Planner Expert Witness and a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with over 30 years of experience. In 2005, he began doing expert work exclusively. As an expert, he addresses the plaintiff’s employability and earning capacity before and after the incident.
Dr. Thrush has a Ph.D. in Human Rehabilitation from the University of Northern Colorado; a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the San Diego State University; and a B.A. in Sociology/Business Administration from the San Diego State University as well.
Dr. Thrush does 30 to 50 hours of Continuing Education Courses a year in the medical, psychological, rehabilitation, economic, legal, technology, and social aspects of disability and the work world.
Dr. Thrush is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences; Master Career Counselor (MCC) by National Career Development Association; Certified in Rehabilitation Economics (CRE) by the American Rehabilitation Economics Association; Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification; and Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) by the Commission on Disability Management.
