Jeffery T. Morrill, CFI, CFPS is a Fire Investigation/Fire Cause & Origin Expert Witness who is a Certified Fire Investigator from the International Association of Arson Investigators.
Mr. Morrill completed 11 Credit Hours in Mechanical Engineering at University of Southern Maine and 26 Credit Hours in Mechanical Engineering at Southern College of Technology. Furthermore, he also did AS Fire Science from Chattahoochee Technical College.
Mr. Morrill can conduct complete investigations in the field of origin and cause of fires, asphyxiations, and explosions. He can collect and evaluate evidence for mechanical, electrical, or chemical testing. He is familiar with fire and building codes. Since 1991, he has investigated over 4000 fires.
Since 1993, Mr. Morrill has given expert testimony in both civil and criminal proceedings involving origin and cause as well as automotive mechanics. Mr. Morrill has testified for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
