Moulin, P.E. – an Electrical Engineer/Electrical Fire Investigator Expert Witness is an Electrical Engineer who is a member of the National Fire Protection Association – Electrical Section and the International Association of Arson Investigators. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering.
Mr. Moulin received his B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Power Option) from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California. He is an Electrical Contractor and holds an ELF Business Ethics Trainer Certificate.
Mr. Moulin has over twenty five years of recent experience in electrical investigations related to litigation. He has performed investigations for hundreds of cases, including many depositions and court appearances.
Mr. Moulin has been investigating electrical fires since 1986 and has even served as an expert witness for SCE (Southern California Edison).
