David T. Rosell, P.L.S. is a Surveyor Expert Witness and has been a Licensed Professional since 1985 and obtained a License as a Professional Land Surveyor in California in 1990. During that time, he has been responsible for numerous projects where he established the boundary of real property and determined the location of improvements and easements on those properties.
Mr. Rosell has recorded numerous Records of Surveys, Tract and Parcel Maps throughout Southern California, including the city of Los Angeles. He has also been consulted as an Expert Witness on 5 court cases in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Bernardino County.
Mr. Rosell has owned his own surveying company – Rosell Surveying & Mapping, Inc., since 1993. He is responsible for all surveying operations associated with the firm. He has extensive knowledge and experience in boundary, topography, right-of-way engineering, pipeline layouts, as-builts, construction staking and ALTA’s.
Mr. Rosell is affiliated with the California Land Surveyors Association (CLSA); the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS); the California Society of Professional Engineers (CSPE); and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
