Accident Reconstruction Expert. ACC-2054 is a retired California Highway Patrol officer. Presently, he is a police academy advanced collision instructor in Southern California. He has over 12 years of law enforcement experience and 15 years of police academy teaching experience. He has been a independent accident reconstruction specialist since 1996. While with the CHP he gained extensive accident and collision reconstruction experience.
