Aerospace Engineer Expert. AER-1517 is the president and founder of a small business consulting firm specializing in all aspects of aerospace engineering services. He worked for Lockhead Aeronautical Systems Co.(LASC), for 37 years beginning as a project design engineer. At the time that he retired he was engineering program manager for the C-130/C-141 Functional Systems Integrity Program. He also has experience as a design-engineering manager and engineering team leader.
