Appraisal Expert. APP-2090 has been in the appraisal business since 1983. As a personal property appraiser, she is tested and accredited in two disciplines: fine art and rare books and manuscripts. Her background, education, and appraisal experience span painting and sculpture, prints and drawings, vintage and modern photography, Americana, antiquarian books, autographs, manuscripts, historical documents, film and Hollywood memorabilia. APP-2090s experience includes the appraisal of several authors, artists, photographers, and actors estates. She has served as an expert witness in federal tax court, criminal court, and has given depositions in preparation for civil and criminal proceedings involving insurance fraud, and damage and loss claims.
