Arbitrator/Mediator Expert. ARB-1336 is an arbitrator and mediator and the former executive director of a mediation firm. His previous positions include senior vice president and general counsel of an international real estate sales company, real estate broker, and attorney with an international law firm. He is currently an instructor in the certificate program in Conflict Management and the Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the University of California. He has attended numerous ADR training seminars and courses.
