Architectural Engineer Expert. ARC-1008 is an architectural engineer and vice president of a full-service consulting engineering firm in Southern California. He has experience with new buildings and with the remodeling and renovation of existing structures. His experience encompasses the full range of building materials, from concrete and steel to masonry, and wood.
