Attorney Expert. ATT-1937 has over 23 years of legislative analysis and consulting experience. Presently, he is the chief legislative counsel for the state bar. He is the principal legal advisor on all matters relating to the California Legislature, political law, legislative procedures, campaign finance and disclosure, and related topics. He testifies frequently before legislative committees. ATT-1937 is also an attorney, so he has extensive knowledge of the legal environment. He has authored numerous pieces of legislation.
