Civil Engineer Expert. CIV-1007 has been a project engineer for a Southern California firm since 1994. He has been responsible for structural inspections, structural and seismic analysis, retrofit proposals, structural integrity evaluations, destructive and non-destructive material testing, and construction failure analysis.
