Civil Engineer Expert. An engineer, land surveyor, and state water right surveyor, CIV-1379 is a former president and CEO of a 140-employee engineering firm, where he worked for over thirty years. His experience during those years also included project management and design. He is currently the president of a full-service architectural and engineering design firm based in Mexico City. He also owns a firm that, as a licensed contractor, provides steel erection and welding for construction projects. The Nevada Association of Land Surveyors named CIV-1379 Surveyor of the Year in 1983. He was honored as the Engineer of the Year by the Nevada Society of Professional engineers during the same year.
