Civil Engineer Expert. Since 1981, CIV-1382 has been the president of a consulting engineering firm that provides surveying and civil engineering services to public and private clients. Much of his work has involved land development and assembling county and municipal master plans for water distribution, flood control, sewage collection, electrical supply, and transportation. He also has extensive experience with construction inspection, coordination of construction activities, and land surveying. He has been a water rights surveyor, and he is a life member of the American Public Works Association.
