Civil Engineer Expert. CIV-1383 has over twenty years of engineering design and construction experience, including project management, environmental assessment, and investigation. Since 1996 he has been the president and principal engineer of a consulting engineering firm. He has worked on hotels, homes, commercial sites, golf courses, roadways, cellular telephone stations, bridges, and other sites and structures.
