Civil Engineer Expert. CIV-2284 has more than 45 years of industrial and consulting experience in the engineering field. He has done work with the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, Tempe planning and zoning Commission as well as consulted for the U.S. Forest Service, Land Use and Transportation Planning. CIV-2284 has done countless hours of work as a consultant, as well as a multitude of publications and presentations.
