Civil Engineering Expert. CIV-1387 is an engineering consultant with over 30 years of engineering experience. Before going into private practice in 1988, he was a senior staff engineer with Hughes Aircraft Company for nearly 15 years. There he analyzed problems of structural and engineering mechanics arising during design, production, and testing. He also analyzed cost reduction redesigns of Hughes missile systems, from the Amraam launcher to the Tow missiles.
