Clinical Psychologist Expert. CLI-1649 has been in private practice of clinical psychology since 1976. He provides psychotherapy to adults, couples, adolescents, children and families. He has performed several thousand diagnostic evaluations of adults and of children from infancy through adolescence. He has prepared forensic and clinical reports for all levels of the court system, public and private schools, and other agencies. CLI-1649 has testified as an expert witness in family, municipal, superior, and federal courts in California and out of state. He has provided expert psychological opinions in personal injury mattes, varied educational cases, vocational cases, competency and sanity evaluations, custody and divorce matters, and workers compensation cases. CLI-1649 is an associate clinical professor and is on the active medical staff at the University of California.
