Construction Expert. CON-1805 is the managing partner of a construction consulting firm. He assists in planning and design, with primary project responsibility for the construction of commercial and industrial buildings. Included in his area of construction responsibility have been a wide variety of base building and tenant improvement projects, as well as major build-to-suit projects. He is also responsible for participation in the selection of consultants; review of conceptual architectural plans; negotiation of contracts for construction; value engineering of projects; completion of tenant construction documents; and construction of tenant improvements.
