Construction Expert. CON-2109 has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He spent nineteen years as the corporate risk manager and director of safety for one of the nations largest general bridge and heavy construction contractors. He was also the safety director of a large steel fabrication company. He has invented a type of crane rigging, published a construction worker safety manual, and given numerous speeches pertaining to construction safety. Most of his experience involves actual field management. He has also been extensively involved in construction projects involving the railroad industry. Additional experience includes general grading and earth moving construction and general building construction.
