Contractor Expert. CON-2011 has more than 28 years of experience in the construction and insurance industries. He has hands-on experience in all phases of construction in both residential and commercial. He has also performed residential, commercial, and litigation inspections as a consultant. He is currently president of a private consulting firm specializing in construction-related product and property damage causation. CON-2011 has also inspected, investigated and served as an adjuster, appraiser, mediator and umpire to insurance claims on behalf of insurance companies and the insured. He is the author of the safety and construction policies and procedures manuals and has published many articles.
