Cranes and Rigging Expert. CRA-1010 is the executive vice president of a full service crane-and-rigging training, inspection, and consulting company in Southern California. He is also an OSHA instructor for the University of California. He performs crane and rigging inspections as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations. Equipment types include all categories of mobile vehicle cranes, tower cranes, overhead cranes, and all associated rigging equipment. He also provides material handling consultation services and material handling accident investigation and reconstruction services.
