Criminal Law Expert. CRI-1402 is a partner in a law firm and a judge pro tempore for the city. She is a certified criminal law specialist. Admitted to the bar in 1981, she first worked as a trial attorney for two cities prosecutors offices. From 1984 to 1990 she worked in the U.S. Attorneys Office in the general crimes section and fraud/complex litigation unit. She spent the last two years in the white-collar section of the criminal division and tried several fraud cases. She has been in private practice since 1990 and has represented criminal defendants in local, state, and federal courts. CRI-1402 was honored as “Top Trial Attorney†by the city Attorneys Office and has received commendations from the U.S. Border Patrol and the Small Business Administration for her work in court.
