Emergency Medicine Expert. EME-1798 has been chairperson of the state of California Commission on emergency medical services since its inception in 1981. He is also an associate medical director of a local department of health services. EME-1798 has given innumerable lectures in the following categories: emergency medical services, emergency medicine, and residency training. He has also written several articles for publications.
