Fire Expert. FIR-2028 has been captain of a local northern California fire department since 1985. He is also a managing partner and officer, as well as fire origin and cause consultant and investigator. He has had much training in electrical fire investigation, advanced arson, arson and fraud, and forensic aspects of arson. FIR-2028 is a member of the National Fire Protection Association.
