Food Safety Expert. FOO-1880 is currently an assistant project manager at a consulting nutritional services company. He is the project manager in charge of a local southern California county. He is an instructor for the ServSafe certification courses as well as for the Advanced HACCP program. FOO-1880 is a guest lecturer on the topic of “Herbal Remedies and Safety†in the ethnic food practice classes as well as a guest lecturer for the senior nutrition program at a local university.
