Forrest E. Folck – a Technical Expert Witness, is an ASE-Certified Triple Master Mechanic, as well as a Certified Parts Specialist. He has been factory-trained by 15 manufacturers. He holds a Lifetime California Community College Teaching Credential in Automotive Technologies. He has appeared on TV and spoken to numerous associations.
Mr. Folck has inspected thousands and thousands of vehicles both for forensic purposes and as an automotive technical instructor. He is currently an automotive instructor at a community college. He has overhauled gasoline and diesel fuel systems. He does forensic cause and effect analysis.
Mr. Folck is an experienced Journeyman: Heavy Duty Technician. He has been doing this since 1979. Before that he was an Apprentice: Mechanic from 1965 to 1970. He is experienced on all types of vehicles, foreign and domestic autos, light, medium, heavy duty trucks and motor homes.
Mr. Folck also has teaching experience in abundance. He instructed Automotive Technologies for 21 years at San Diego Community College District from 1974 to 1994. In addition to that, he instructed Law Enforcement Personnel in Crash Data Retrieval at University of California Riverside, Extension from 2001 to 2002.
