Geologist Expert. GEO-1326 is a university instructor and research associate, and a consulting geologist with a private firm. He specializes in geologic, flood, and seismic hazard evaluations and has conducted such studies for numerous cities and counties in Arizona and Southern California. His eleven years of experience in earthquake hazard assessment has also included writing safety elements of general plans for emergency planners and managing project budgets and schedules. He has completed comprehensive location and intensity evaluations of three historic Flagstaff area earthquakes and compiled a detailed seismic hazard map for the state of Arizona. In addition to his work with city and county governments, he has advised private companies, such as Arizona Public Service, on facilities hazard potential.
