George White, P.E. is a Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer Expert Witness who is a registered Professional Engineer, in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he is the Principal at Pacific Coast Process Solutions, Inc., in Long Beach, a position that he has held since 2006.
Mr. White received a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, where he also did a Minor Sequence in Computer Science. He also has a Master of Business Administration with Concentration in Marketing which he received from California State University in Long Beach.
Mr. White has over 30 years of experience with commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC systems, Fire Investigations, Water loss investigations, Commercial and Industrial Electrical Equipment and Systems, Power Systems, Power Plants, HVAC Controls, Refrigeration, Process Cooling, Temporary Power, Chilled Water and Compressed Air plants, Utility substations, Operations and Maintenance, Facility Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Non-destructive diagnostics.
Mr. White has been doing design since 1986 and also frequently deals with the technicians and installations. He estimates that he has done a couple of hundred cause of failure investigations involving water damage. He sold maintenance agreements and put together scopes of work for systems until 2006.
