Grant Daniel Stokes is a Roof Expert Witness who started roofing in college and joined Chicago Roofers Union. He has worked with all types of roofing systems specializing in Single Ply Roof Systems.
Mr. Stokes holds an Associate Degree in Psychology which he earned at Moraine Valley Community College, Palos Hills, Illinois in 1979. He also obtained Numerous Credits in Psychology & Business from the Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois in 1981.
Mr. Stokes moved to Florida in 1983 and got hired as a Field Superintendent of all Single Ply Roof System Projects. He was then elevated to the Office as a Repair/Service Estimator in 1986 and then promoted to Re-Roof & New Construction Estimator/Project Manager in 1987.
Mr. Stokes has also published articles in relation to roofing. These are: Commercial Roofing Trends – Roofing Florida Periodical, Inaugural Issue (January 2010); Success is Keeping Up with Technology & Change – Roofing Florida Periodical (April 2015) and Success is the Essence of Change: National Roofing Contractors Periodical (September 2009).
