Dr. Addis did a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee, Memphis; and a Fellowship in Women’s Health Clinical Research at the University of California, San Francisco, Division of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Addis is the Section Head of General Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arizona, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
