Jesse L. Wobrock, Ph.D., ACTAR – an Accident Reconstruction/Biomechanics Expert Witness, is a Full Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist. Dr. Wobrock states approximately 75% of his case load consists of auto accidents; he has done thousands of auto accident cases. He commonly works on cases where the cause of the accident is in question.
Dr. Wobrock obtained his Bachelor of Science in kinesiology (Cum Laude) and Master of Science in kinesiology (graduated with distinction) from California State University, Northridge and Doctor of Philosophy Biomedical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Wobrock has given numerous professional presentations in national and international venues. This includes a large number of professional and educational (MCLE) presentation to large law firms, insurance companies, national organizations and international organizations – ASMF joint rail conference (JRC), Pueblo, Colorado in March 2011; Meeting on Sports Equipment and Facilities, ASTM International, San Antonio, Texas in November 2010; Speaker – Accident Reconstruction and Biomechanical Analysis of Pedestrian Collisions, CAARS quarterly training conference, Roseville, CA in May 2010 and Speaker- Injury Mechanisms and Injury Severity, Crashteams Nation Conference, Las Vegas, NV in March 2010.
