John P. DiBacco, Ph.D. – a Child Psychologist/Forensic Psychologist Expert Witness is a Licensed Psychologist. He is an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University.
Dr. DiBacco received a B.A. in Psychology from Gannon University and M.Ed. in Psychology from Edinboro University. After that, he studied Ph.D. in Clinical/School Psychology from George Peabody College at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. DiBacco has worked with children with developmental disabilities for over 35 years. He is a Senior Consultant for CPS (Child Protective Services) and has also accepted a position on the Psychology Licensing Board of Arizona.
