Law Enforcement Expert. LAW-1784 has over eighteen years of increasingly responsible law enforcement experience as a deputy with a county sheriff’s Department: 16 years of field patrol experience and two years in custody. For the last seven years he has been serving as the team leader of a Southern California Sheriff’s Bike Patrol and as a departmental instructor in bicycle policing. LAW-1784 is a recognized P.O.S.T. subject matter expert in the field of police bicycle training and safety. He has trained and lectured to over 2,500 officers throughout the United States.
