Chip Lindley, C.F.P.E., is a Technical Expert Witness who has 33 years of experience testing, maintaining and installing fire sprinklers. Mr. Lindley has been working in the field since 1983 and has owned his own company since 1993.
Mr. Lindley has held various licenses in several states like California State Contractors License, Nevada State Contractors License, Oregon State Contractors License, Oklahoma State Contractors License and Arizona State Contractors License.
Mr. Lindley has been President and Director of the Fire Sprinkler Contractors Association of Southern California, which is the largest of its kind. He has been a Principal Member of the Automatic Sprinkler System Technical Committee for the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Committee on Hanging and Bracing since 2011. He is a current committee member of the State of California Office of the State Fire Marshal Automatic Extinguishing Committee Task Force.
Mr. Lindley is the Owner of Fire Sprinkler Corrosion Engineering (FSCE) in Anaheim, California. This is a position that he has held since 2009. FSCE is an inspection and maintenance company operating throughout the United States testing and analyzing fire sprinkler corrosion issues for both industrial and commercial clients.
