Marketing Expert. MAR-1763 is a professor emeritus at a Northern California university. He joined the university faculty in 1962. His areas of teaching and research are marketing, services marketing, healthcare delivery and management, public policy, and channel management. He is widely published in these fields. From 1968 to 1970 he served as the first director of the Consumer Research Institute, Inc. Prior to entering academia, he was employed in various operations, research, and management positions in the General Tire and Rubber Company.
