Materials Engineering Expert. As a technical expert in materials engineering, MAT-1516 applies materials technology to product development and production problems. Currently the owner of a technology consulting firm, he has over thirty years of engineering experience and has been a senior engineer with Optical Coating Lab, Inc., and manager of the Thin Film Laboratory at the University of Arizona Optical Sciences Center. He has also worked at Motorola’s Semiconductor Research Lab. He is an experienced expert witness in cases of metal failure and patent litigation.
