Mechanical Engineer Expert. MEC-1527 is a consulting forensic engineer and ethics lecturer. He brings with him 27 years of mechanical engineering experience. He has given expert testimony in the following areas: aircraft & helicopter structural failure, inadvertent actuation of pneumatic nail guns, extension ladder slip-out failures, industrial mixing/grinding machinery design parameters, machine tools and fixtures design and use, trade secrets and intellectual property, and step stool slip-out failure. He also has industrial experience with the Space Shuttle program, missiles and military equipment, and aircraft and ground equipment.
