Mechanical Engineer Expert. MEC-1538s extensive experience base includes general mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and HVAC design and project management in the commercial, industrial, and institutional areas including government and military projects. In more than thirty years of mechanical engineering field experience, he has served as senior, principal, and project engineer for the Westinghouse Corporation, Advanced Power Systems Divisions, on industrial and government projects with values up to $350 million. Projects have ranged from military maintenance facilities to 1,000-room hotel/casino facilities.
