Metallurgy Expert. MET-2307 is an independent consultant with over 28 years of physical chemistry experience. After leaving the commercial sector in 1983, he has been a consultant and expert witness and is a recognized expert in several fields. MET-2307 has developed a Windows 3.1 expert system for nuclear reactor water chemistry. He has authored numerous publications with subject matters varying from theoretical quantum mechanics to the psychology of research and development.
